Kid’s Ministries
Nursery
Ages 0 and 1
The C52 Kids Nursery provides a safe and nurturing environment where even the littlest ones can learn about Jesus. Our nursery team will help your baby learn that church is a fun place to be! We offer a Nursing Mother’s Room to the left of our Nursery. This room is convenient, comfortable, and private.
Toddlers
Ages 2 and 3
Our toddler room is a very active room. We use music and sensory exploration to enhance our Bible story time. Toddlers learn through hands-on experiences and repetition. Our toddlers have a lesson each week with a Bible story, craft time, and praise and worship. We spend each month on one Bible story and we add to the story each week. Our playtime each week goes along with our Bible story. We love teaching our toddlers that learning about Jesus is fun.
Preschool
Ages 3 and 4
Our preschoolers have a great time learning about the Bible each week. Every week we have a Bible lesson, crafts, games, prayer, and praise and worship. All activities are designed around our Bible lesson. Our take-home newsletter gives parents insight into what is being taught in the classroom each week. The Bible verse and main points are listed in the newsletter to allow parents the ability to go over what their child has learned at church at home.
Fives and Sixes
Ages 5 and 6
Five and Sixes receive the same lesson as the Threes and Fours, including praise and worship, prayer, puppet skits, object lessons, crafts, and games. The lesson time, however, is more in-depth. This age is more inquisitive and wants to know “why” and not just “what”. More in-depth prayer time is taken so that the children can express their concerns for their families and their friends and even their own needs. The beginning of a relationship with God is nurtured. Take-home newsletters are sent home weekly so families can share the lesson together.
Ages 5 and 6 attend JBQ during the 9 AM service.
C52 Kids
Kindergarten through 6th grade
In C52 Kids, your child will enjoy learning more about the Bible. We have a new theme each month that allows us to dive deep into God’s word. Games and crafts will follow our story as well. Our worship and prayer time will help us develop our relationship with God and with others. Our small group time allows us to discover ways to apply God’s word and what we have learned to our daily lives.
This class only meets during the second service. Ages 5 and up attend JBQ during the 9 AM service.
