Get into believing. Faith Step into believing! When you move into the believing business, then you will start having the manifestation of God's healing and miracle working power.
In Luke, chapter 4, the people went by what they thought they knew and by what they thought they saw to determine whether the power of God was present. Jesus was requiring them to believe that His power was present without the aid of a miracle.
The healing and miracle power of God does not show up because of certain people (personalities). Jesus was requiring them to believe what He said before anything else. They said, show us a miracle and we will believe you. He wouldn't do it. He is still that way today. He has not changed. Somebody says, well, you know, if I ever saw a blind eye opened then I would have great faith. Or if I saw someone paralyzed get up from the wheel chair I would believe. But Faith does not come by seeing - Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God.
So we need to hear the word, step out into the uncertain, and watch God move. God doesn't need to show up in the certain. In the certain you already know the beginning and the end. He shows up when faith rises up within us and we step out into the uncertain. This is faith stepping and it is an amazing ride. In your situation today - don't fear, and don't get hung up on seeing. His power is the same today as it has always been throughout time. And He is not a respecter of persons. What He has done for others He can do for you. Worship, Listen and mediate on the word of God, Pray, and BELIEVE...
