I was recently thinking about the word PASSION and what it really means. Webster's defines passion as: "Powerful emotion; strong Love." God was challenging me to have a PASSION for the Word of God. It is easy sometimes to roll through devotions just so I can tell God that I did them. I came across this story in my daily devotions and it messed me up. So here's the story...

I'm sure everyone has a moment in their life that they remember the "light switch going on" in their brain... or they finally "got it". I want to share with you my story of when this happened in my life with being the hands and feet of Christ. If you have been at church the past few months ,you will remember that when Rev. Don Gifford came the week after Christmas he talked about passing the flame we carry on to others. Pastor Perry has been preaching about the same thing. God reminded me of that moment in my life.

Well, Here I am in Atlanta, Georgia with the Staff Pastors. I am gearing up for the Catalyst Convention set to take place EARLY in the morning. (Thank God for Red Bull!!) I have been and continue to pray for God to rock my world in the next few days. I have been very blessed to be a part of this amazing church plant and I am praying for new vision and passion to bring back to New Palestine.

Have you ever seen a sign or heard someone say something that is so obvious? Do you wonder why every time you get a drink that is steaming the cup reads "Caution... Hot". I see and hear these things all the time and wonder why someone would waste their time and money printing these obvious things?
