Rob Whitlow
Rob Whitlow is an extension of the Church52 ministry leadership team, serving as our worship evangelist. Rob began singing in church when he was just 2 years old. His father, Rev. Donald R. Whitlow, was an evangelist in the 1970s and Rob grew up singing and playing worship music on the road. When his dad became pastor of New Life Center in Vincennes, Indiana, Rob was the drummer on the worship team for 7 years. Today, Rob is married and has 3 wonderful childrren: Joshua, Ashley and Cody. His wife, Jenny, is the intercessor for the ministry, and has supported Rob in his calling to be a Worship Leader. Most recently, Rob was the worship leader of Parc-Way Assembly of God in Indianapolis. Many lives were changed during his years there, and out of that time, a record was produced under the leadership of Rev. Neil Bell. Rob has been leading worship or part of a worship team for 22 years and has had experience recording his debut album, as well as leading choirs, small intimate settings, and singing in front of 3000 people. He has also sung on the local Indianapolis TBN station. About "Season Of Praise" What is a “worship evangelist”? Rob's ministry is about worship paradigms. At many churches around the country – worship has become crafted around human agendas and has nothing to do with the divine activity of meeting and honoring God. He is called to minister wherever the Lord leads and to bring an atmosphere of evangelistic worship to the body of Christ. Because true worship ALWAYS changes the atmosphere! Rob's mission statement is this: “We will Bless the Lord at ALL times – He is always good” "We are proud to base our ministry in a church that has a passion for worship like Church52. When we are at home and not on the road in ministry, it is refreshing to attend a church that has awesome worship, relevant, fresh preaching from the word, and friendly wonderful people!" - Rob Whitlow Check out Rob's website at www.SeasonOfPraise.org. |
